These Terms of Service govern your use of originlabs.pk and the web design, development and marketing services provided by Origin Labs. By contacting us, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
Services We Provide
Origin Labs provides web design, web development, e-commerce development, SEO, PPC, digital marketing, social media marketing, logo design, content writing and related services to businesses in Pakistan, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for your project are confirmed in writing (typically over WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
The PKR 5,000 Starter Offer and Free Lifetime Hosting
Our starter website offer (from PKR 5,000, one-time) and free lifetime hosting are genuine, ongoing offers with no hidden time limit, available to every client who orders a website from us. "Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of your website while it remains hosted with us; it does not transfer if you move your website to a different hosting provider. The only recurring cost outside our fees is your domain name registration and renewal, paid to a third-party domain registrar and registered in your own name.
Payment Terms
Pricing for one-time projects is typically split into an advance payment to begin work and a final payment on delivery, though the PKR 5,000 starter plan may be payable in full on delivery. Monthly services (such as SEO, PPC, digital marketing and social media marketing) are billed in advance for each period. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Project Process and Revisions
We share design and content previews for your review and revise them based on your feedback within the scope agreed for your plan. Reasonable revisions to reach an agreed design are included; requests for an entirely new concept, additional pages, or features beyond the original scope may be quoted separately before we proceed.
Content and Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final website files, design and content we create specifically for you, along with your domain name (which is always registered in your own name). You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos or text you provide to us do not infringe on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Hosting, Maintenance and Support
Free lifetime hosting covers standard hosting infrastructure for a typical business website; it does not include unlimited free feature development, redesigns or ongoing content updates, which are quoted separately or covered under a maintenance arrangement if you have one with us. We aim to keep hosted websites available and secure but cannot guarantee 100% uptime, as no hosting provider can.
Third-Party Services
Where a project involves third-party platforms (such as Google Ads for PPC campaigns, Meta for social media advertising, or payment gateways for e-commerce), those platforms have their own terms and fees separate from ours. Ad spend for PPC and social campaigns is paid directly by you to the relevant platform, not to us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because our projects involve custom design and development work, advance payments for work already completed or in progress are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a project before work has begun, we will discuss a fair resolution based on what, if anything, has already been delivered. Monthly services can be paused or cancelled before the start of a new billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Origin Labs will deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a fixed number of sales, leads, or a specific search engine ranking or position, since these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion between the parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
